Tanker spot rates have strengthened at the beginning of Q4-2018 due to an increase in OPEC production and strong seasonal demand. It is encouraging to see the return of volatility to the spot market, and we are hopeful that this marks the start of a more sustained recovery through the winter months and into 2019.
