The tanker market has seen lower rates in Q2-2019 due to seasonal weakness and a series of near-term headwinds. However, we are starting to see some early signs of volatility returning to the tanker market at the start of June, while fundamentals still point towards a significant tightening of the tanker market later in 2019 and into 2020.
